DIGITAL DELIVERY (SHIPPING) POLICY

 

All products sold through this website are digital products unless otherwise stated.  Because these products are delivered electronically, no physical shipping occurs.

Delivery Process

• After completing a purchase, customers receive a download link on the order confirmation page and/or by email.
• Access to the digital file is typically available immediately after successful payment processing.
• Customers are responsible for downloading and saving their purchased files.

Delivery Time

Digital products are normally delivered immediately after payment is completed.  In some cases delivery may take several minutes depending on payment processing, email delivery, or internet connectivity.  If a customer does not receive their download link within a reasonable time, they should contact support.

Technical Delivery Issues

If a verified technical issue prevents access to a purchased file, we may provide a replacement download link.  Because digital products cannot be returned once delivered, refunds are generally not available except in cases where a technical error prevents access to the file.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their device supports common file formats such as PDF before purchasing digital products.
